Frilans Finans is Sweden's largest organization for self-employed people. Today we have about 50 employees in our offices in Stockholm, Uppsala, Oslo and Nice. Since we started in 1999, we have helped tens of thousands of self-employed people to work in the contract-based labor market and expanded into new markets around Europe. We make it possible for people to operate and invoice without a company in a simple, fun and safe way. As new digital solutions have changed the labor market, our organization has taken a central role in the intersection between the gig economy and social sustainability.

As a pioneer in the sharing economy, we have come to value disruptive solutions, innovation and the possibilities of shared resources. This is reflected in our organization in several ways, not least in a culture where own initiatives are encouraged and different experiences and perspectives are affirmed.
